The Ghost of Frank Dunn

Frank Dunn appears to be butting heads with the OSC. At an Ontario Superior Court hearing, Dunn’s lawyer – Thomas Heintzman – argued he does not want his client’s testimony to be shared with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission because it could be used within a criminal investigation south of the border. The OSC suggested it would not share Dunn’s testimony to protect his right against self-incrimmination but Heintzman said the proposal doesn’t go far enough in protecting his client’s rights and asked the OSC be prevented from interviewing Dunn.
